Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, If you are not satisfied with our work then we will refund you 70% amount within 7 to 14 days of the delivery.

Because we are not selling a physical product and it is soft form of the product so we can’t refund fully but, we can free support for 10 days for the miner changes because we make efforts to create your products on your demand. But we will try our best efforts to provide you quality service. But if you still want more support you can talk to us we will charge for extra service and and extra changes and modifications.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Once your issue received and we will inspected, then we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your issues. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund that is it approved for 70% refund or less because it will be be decided our specialist team.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days like 7 to 14 days. or we will ask you that where you want to receive refund.

Taxes and Payment sending charges will be deducted by your-side we are not responsible for that.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We only fix issues in the ordered product, if it is not meeting the criteria what you mentioned before the order then we are not responsible to fix that.
